Rupals Yogasthenics is a fusion of callisthenics, yoga stretches, Bollywood, folk and salsa curated by Rupal herself to help people optimize their agility and flexibility. It is rigorous but fun, it is serious without overburdening the body with techniques and equipment. It is a combination of myriad movements borrowed from longstanding practice and study of dance and fitness forms and styles. It is ideal if you are looking for a practice to help you tone up your body, get rid of flab, build muscle strength all at once.
