Each retreat focuses on a particular theme and when it is set in a beautiful location, it helps people come out of their shells and believe in the infinite power that was hidden within them.

I am known for Sail Retreat cruises that dive into a world of limitless possibilities through her meditation techniques in Mumbai and soon in Dubai.

Till date, I’ve led yoga retreats in exotic locales in Spain, Croatia, Rishikesh, Nashik, Mulshi, Alibaug, Lonavala and Mumbai to name a few.
